I know it's not easy asking for feedback on something you've put so much time and effort into and that's not something thing I take lightly. I appreciate that you trust me with this process.

Please fill out the form below so I have all the necessary information to properly perform your audit. The audit will not start until this form has been submitted and I’ve received your podcast hosting account log-in information as outlined in the getting started email.

If you’re uncomfortable providing me with your actual username and password for your podcast hosting account, I suggest using a password-sharing program (like LastPass) which will safely allow me access without sharing the information with me directly. The email address you’ll need to share the information with is britany@podcastingforcoaches.com. With Last Pass, you can also then revoke my access once our work together is complete.

Once you have submitted this form, you will be automatically redirected to a calendar page where you can go ahead and schedule your podcast audit review call if your package includes one. PLEASE REMEMBER: The review call must take place at least one full week after this form is submitted so that I have the proper time to perform the audit and compile the results in a document you’ll receive after we go over them during the call.

Please provide the URL to the show notes for the episode on your website if applicable. If not, please provide the episode name and number (if you number your episodes). I would suggest choosing an episode that is a good representation of the typical content, flow, length, and quality and that was released recently if possible; within the past month is great.

If your package does not include a review call, the results (a PDF checklist and screenshare video) will be shared with you via email within 7 days of the items above being completed.
